About Alec
Alec Bruice has held many leadership positions throughout his career before joining Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices California Properties, to serve as the Assistant Manager for the Montecito, Santa Barbara, Goleta and Los Olivos Branches, as well as the Training Director for all Branches in Santa Barbara and Ventura Counties. Prior to joining Berkshire HathawayHomeservices California Properties Alec was the CEO of the Santa Barbara Keller Williams Realty franchise.
Alec was raised in Santa Barbara and received his degree in political science from U.C.S.B. Alec went on to law school and earned his Juris Doctorate in 1996 from New England School of Law. After law school, Alec returned to Santa Barbara where became a partner in a law firm and had a successful litigation practice for 10 years. Alec obtained his Real Estate Brokers License in 2006 and began his real estate sales career. Alec has served on the Board of Directors of the Santa Barbara Association of REALTORS®, where he served as President of the Association in 2016. Alec is currently on the Board of Directors of the California Association of REALTORS® and holds several committee positions at both the local and State Associations. Alec and his wife Whitney live in Santa Barbara with their two teenage boys Dante and Jensen, and their Great Pyrenees/Bernese Mountain mix Burley.
